$12,000 grant to Community of Saints Regional Catholic School
Community of Saints School Principal Bridget Kramer writes,
“This grant allowed us to continue work to improve the heat regulation and efficiency in the building. We prioritized steam leaks, and steam trap assemblies were addressed; a water meter was installed; and valves and piping were blown down to work more efficiently. The remainder of these grant funds will address our next space priority from the assessment and staff survey feedback. Addressing this deferred maintenance helps with the efficiency and longevity of our boiler systems and addresses the temperatures and comfort levels of the spaces in our building.
“Our two objectives were to regulate heat to improve the classroom environment, and to improve the efficiency of our heating system. This grant already has and will continue to help us address both goals. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
