$6,700 to NAMI Minnesota for Operating Support

NAMI Minnesota Executive Director Sue Abderholden writes,

“NAMI Minnesota works to promote the development of community mental health programs and services, change public attitudes about mental illnesses, improve access to services, and increase opportunities for recovery. With the general operating support of the Catholic Community Foundation of Minnesota, our organization was able to reach thousands of people across our state in the past year, providing help and hope at a time when mental health challenges continue to rise.

“In the past year, NAMI Minnesota has reached over 24,380 people through 884 classes, providing vital information about mental illnesses, treatment options, and resources. Finally, NAMI Minnesota has responded to over 2,241 calls this year from people seeking help for themselves or a loved one. Thank you for your support. It is deeply appreciated.”
