With 20+ years of experience in portfolio management, Mike Ricci collaborates with the Foundation’s Investment Committee to execute and maintain the long-term investment strategy needed to manage assets in perpetuity. He also cultivates awareness of CCF and its work with wealth managers, accountants, bankers, and attorneys.
Prior to joining CCF, Mike was the principal and partner of a half billion dollar wealth management firm in Minneapolis, where he served more than 180 clients.

LCG Associates, Inc. has served as the Catholic Community Foundation’s investment consultant since 2007. The Atlanta-based firm is an employee-based company that manages $70+ billion in assets for more than 90 clients across sectors including foundations, higher education, healthcare and more.
Scott M. Freeman is Senior Vice President and Principal, LCG Associates, Inc. and serves as the Foundation’s primary liaison.
As LCG’s Dallas Practice Leader, Freeman is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and the senior-level Investment Committee that conducts capital market research and reviews strategy for all clients. Scott has over 28 years of finance and investment experience, the past 23 with LCG Associates. Scott earned his business degree from the University of Notre Dame.
